BOOKINGS

Certified divers participating in our dives will be asked to show proof of diving certification issued by PADI or any equivalent organization. In the event that a client does not show a valid diving certification, a confirmation email or web-based online test from the issuing organization will be required.
All clients must complete and sign an International Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement and Medical Declaration prior to any on-water activity. You can find the document here.
The dive sites will be chosen by the dive director depending on the weather conditions, the levels of the divers and the logistical availability.

OK Diving Malta reserves the right to modify or cancel any dive due to, but not limited to, unsafe weather conditions, technical difficulties or any other unpredictable cause. This may involve a change in destination and/or choice of dive site.
In the event that OK Diving Malta cancels a dive, clients will have the right to reschedule their dive at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
No refund will be issued in the event that a client does not show up, for any reason, at the scheduled start time and location of the dive or course.
Cancellations received 7 days before the first day booked are eligible for a full refund, less any bank charges, credit card charges and any exchange rate losses if incurred.
Cancellations received less than 7 days before the first day of the reservation have a cancellation fee of €10 per dive per day.
The deposit paid will NOT be refundable in the event that a cancellation is received less than 7 days before the first day of the reservation.
Cancellations made once at the dive site, the full payment must be paid.

The course deposit will not be refundable in any case.

OK Diving Malta has diving insurance that covers our students in the unlikely event of a diving accident while taking a course with OK Diving Malta.
Certified divers are recommended to obtain an insurance policy that covers all activities they will undertake during their holiday in Malta.
OK Diving Malta, its officers, employees, agents and contractors cannot be held responsible, or in any way liable, for loss of property, personal loss, accident, injury or death for any reason, whether through any activity booked through us, or caused by third parties connected or not connected to us. We will not be responsible, for any additional expenses incurred by customers, for any reason. If a complaint is received about a dive, for any reason, OK Diving Malta will agree to investigate and may act on the complaint based on our findings.

The personal information provided in this application form will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Law and the General Data Protection Regulation.
Customer personal information will not be disclosed to third parties unless strictly required by law.
The client has the right to request access to their personal data, as well as to rectify it and, where appropriate, delete inaccurate, incomplete or immaterial personal data; request restriction of processing, object to processing and request data portability for data held by OK Diving Malta. You can exercise this right by sending an email to info@okdivingmalta.com.
The retention period for the personal data you provided in this application is 5 years, as required by the Maltese authorities.
By accepting the terms of use, the client authorizes OK Diving Malta to process the personal data contained in this form for direct marketing purposes.
