Have you ever tried Freediving?
Freediving refers to going down underwater on a single breath.
No air tanks are involved and the only source of oxygen used is the air in the lungs.
The discipline was first introduced by Luc Besson’s movie The big blue from 1988, and still today, it remains kind of mysterious. Even though many people never heard about it, Freediving takes snorkelling to another level.
Now available in Malta, in collaboration with Ocean freedivers, OK Diving Malta offers scuba diving in Malta through SSI, Scuba Schools International.
